To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for all users, we've established the following Community Guidelines for anyone using the FutureSportler platform.
1. Respectful Communication
- Treat coaches, players, partners, and other users with respect.
- No abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or threatening language will be tolerated.
2. Fair Usage
- Book facilities, register for events, or schedule sessions only with genuine intent.
- Avoid double bookings or repeated last-minute cancellations.
3. Content Sharing
Share only appropriate and relevant content (e.g., photos, reviews, forum posts).
Do not post:
- Inappropriate or explicit content
- Fake reviews or misleading information
- Content that infringes on third-party rights
4. Safe Participation
- Follow facility rules and event instructions.
- Ensure you are physically fit and medically cleared before participating in any sports activity.
- Report any injuries or incidents immediately.
Safety First: Your health and safety are paramount. Always prioritize proper preparation and follow safety protocols.
5. No Spam or Self-Promotion
- Do not spam users or promote unrelated products/services without consent.
- Direct promotion or solicitation is not allowed unless through approved partner accounts.
6. Reporting Violations
Users can report inappropriate behaviour or content via the in-app "Report" feature or by emailing customersupport@futuresportler.com.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.
7. Continuous Improvement
We may update these guidelines from time to time to adapt to new features or community needs.
