This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which bookings or purchases made on the FutureSportler platform (website and mobile app) can be cancelled and refunded. By using our platform, you agree to these terms and conditions.
This section applies to students who discover an academy via the Future Sportler platform, take a trial, and pay subscription fees through the platform.
Each student is entitled to an initial trial period of up to two sessions or as may be permitted by the academy. Subscription fees may be paid only after the trial is completed.
A five-day cancellation window applies from the date of subscription payment. Cancellation requests must be raised through the platform.
Cancellation is not permitted if the student has attended 25% or more of the total classes scheduled for the billing month, or if the student has crossed the five-day cancellation window, whichever is earlier.
If cancellation is approved within eligibility limits, 25% of the subscription fee shall be deducted towards pro-rated usage and platform charges. The remaining amount shall be refunded.
After five days, refunds shall be considered only on valid grounds such as medical emergencies or relocation. Future Sportler may facilitate a transfer to another academy or reject the request.
For students onboarded directly by academies, refund terms shall be governed by the academy's internal policy. Future Sportler acts only as a payment facilitator.
Refunds are allowed within 24 hours of purchase only if no video has been analyzed or total usage does not exceed two minutes. No refunds shall be issued once analysis exceeds this limit.
Full refund or rescheduling credit will be provided.
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
